Dublin broke the game open with an eight-run third inning after scoring once in each of the first two innings. The Leprechauns added a run in the fourth, two in the fifth and one in the eighth to complete the shutout. Josue Rivera hit a home run and drove in four runs, while DJ Aceron Jr. collected two hits and three RBIs. Abraham De La Cruz had three hits and one RBI, and Sam Ott contributed two hits and two RBIs.
Ott earned the win after allowing three hits and no runs in six innings, striking out four and walking two. Santiago Gomez secured the save with three scoreless innings, allowing one hit and striking out five. Monterey starter Brayden Harper took the loss after surrendering four runs on four hits in two innings.
